Please Note: Our manufacturing team will be taking a much needed vacation after an extremely busy holiday period from January 16th until January 26th. Orders that are placed between those dates will have a longer than usual lead time as a result.
Rest assured as soon as our team is back to work, we will have all outstanding orders manufactured and shipped out ASAP.
Our operations, customer support and design teams will still be available to help resolve any issues, create custom designs, and accept orders.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please bear in mind that as we progress through the tough times of COVID-19, some delays may occur due to understaffing in our manufacturing facility in Hong Kong and understaffing related to the shipping couriers, based on your country.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Neon Icons is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs.
Damages
Neon Icons is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once a claim has been made, please contact us and refer to the Refund Policy for more instructions.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
